Pick a theme, add your names and the day’s details, and download a print-ready invitation — with matching RSVP and details cards in the same design, in the classic 5×7 size or smaller.
Twelve ready-made designs. Everything on the card updates as you type.
Start with the sample wording, then make it yours.
Pick a look for the couple’s names, then a matching font for the details.
Borders, dividers, monograms and ornaments — add, remove and restyle them freely.
Pick the invitation size, and add a favourite photo if you like — it sits in an arch at the top of the card.
The matching RSVP card is 5 × 3.5 in and the details card 4.25 × 5.5 in — same theme, same fonts, same colours.
An engagement picture works beautifully here. Use the toggles in step 2 to make room if the card feels full.

Start from your total — or from your guest list — and the plan splits itself using the percentages real couples actually spend. Then track every quote, payment and due date in one place. No account, no sign-up: your numbers stay on this page while you plan, and you can download or email the plan to keep it.
Two ways in — pick whichever figure you already know.
Pick where you’re marrying and the calculator loads that country’s real budget ideas — the typical total, guest count and category split from the published sources listed at the bottom of this page, all in local currency. No US prices wearing a different currency symbol, and no exchange-rate guesswork.
$34,200 is the US average wedding (The Knot 2026 Real Weddings Study). Yours can be any size — the split adjusts.
Per-guest figures are worked out from The Knot’s published city and state average totals, divided by its 117-guest average. A guide, not a quote — local prices vary a lot.
117 is the average guest count. Catering, drinks, rentals, stationery and favours all scale with this number.
Sample totals are The Knot’s real spend bands: couples budgeting under $15K spent $8,900 on average; the $15–40K band spent $26,400; $40K+ couples spent $70,300.
Pick up to four priorities — the split boosts each by about 4% and eases the rest down, the way real couples rebalance.
The Knot’s $34,200 average leaves rings, the rehearsal dinner and the honeymoon out. If the money comes from the same savings pot, switch them on so the total you see is the real one.
Who else is chipping in, and what have you already put aside? What’s left becomes a monthly target.
Updates live as you change anything.

Everything still owed, sorted by due date — because a budget can balance on paper and still bunch up in the final weeks. Add a due date inside any category below.
Every category can be edited, locked once you have a real quote, or removed entirely — its money returns to the pot. Open a category to itemise it (postage, alterations, trials and the other costs couples forget are already listed) and to track payments.
